Created my own version of the LLM knowledge base using Karpathy's method @tursodatabase has an excellent feature which allows me to have vectors on their dbs so im able to do semantic search over my dbs and have my wiki connect to my own notes via wikilinks

Turso 0.3.0 added support for sparse vectors: searching 100k sparse vectors in under 100ms for brute force, and 10x faster than that if indexed.
LLM Embeddings are dense. But there are still many use cases that benefit from sparse vectors!

if you add timestamps and/or sequence numbers and index that, then yes, you can essentially periodically query from the last timestamp you consumed.
