@Sabadell_Help The very not helpful lady I talked to on the phone said there is absolutely no way to close the account without visiting a branch. I've DM you everything you asked for... waiting to see if I'm going to get the exact same answer ;)

@Sabadell_Help I need an option to close my account without flying to Spain. All I get when I contact you service is rudeness and the same "You should have closed the account while you were in Spain" and "You should go to a branch". I paid 100 euros in fees!

@kike2012pies @BenKearns5 Yes! That's pretty much their response. Actually they say "no we don't say you have to fly to Spain... we say you have to visit a branch". And when I say it's the same thing, they go "no no all we say is you have to visit a branch"

@BancoSabadell We have been trying to close an account for months. Your staff are rude and unco-operative, and you keep adding charges to the account. The worst bank I have EVER had to deal with. #BancoSabadell
