@jenniferhenkeHB Ohne Lehre schafft man es ganz vielleicht. Promotion ist in anderen Ländern auch oft nur 4 Jahre, dafür aber als 'student', nicht auf einer Stelle mit Lehre, Prüfungen, Admin, Lehrstuhlaufgaben etc.

@jenniferhenkeHB Es ist so gedacht, dass man sich noch ein paar Jahre promoviertes Lehrpersonal hält, welches dann durch neue Promovierte schneller ausgetauscht wird. Jobs nach dem Postdoc gibt es eh nicht, also lieber früher austauschen. Profs Quali nur noch per Drittmittelprojekt ohne Lehre.
