The disrespect to Kvara on this app in the name of “Barcola” (who I also like btw) kills me. Always a specific bias to one kind of player on here (xG guys). What an incredible player, with a special feel for the big moment. Old school talisman that belongs in the 2000s.

🔵 Anthony Gordon would suit Chelsea. Proven, direct and the right profile for the left. My concern is the price, and if Bayern come in, it feels very unlikely. Chelsea would only spend that level of money if they truly believe he can become their winger for years to come. #CFC

Please just get top 5 over the line and don’t disappoint us this summer, give our star players something to really believe in.
Lacroix, Rogers mixed with Barco/Scott, Quenda & Emegha.
Not much needed, but they need to get it right this summer.

Even so, with Fofana’s lapses this season + Colwill potentially not returning at 100%;
I would go all out for Konate and at least try (box-defending, freak of nature in transition) since LFC took Jacquet.
Give him the “star” treatment he hasn’t felt at LFC.
Then find a backup for Colwill’s build-up influence when he’s out like Senesi (aerial weakness covered for slightly with Konate).
Both are free agents. PL ready + experienced. Serious reinforcement.
Also a better timeline with our young talents:
— Senesi (28) as cover till Anselmino/Sarr manifest into reliable players
— Konate/Fofana (25/26) to keep a pathway for Josh who gets solid minutes as their backup (RCB) + understudy to James (RB/RCB).
Colwill, Konate, Fofana, Senesi, Josh.
Cheap, smart, aggressive.
But that’s me.
Knowing the club, expect Van Hecke + Murillo or something.

Colwill/Fofana as isolated talents are good, but not “crazy” on their own. But as a partnership, I think they’re serious. Their traits mesh scarily well together & cover the other’s weaknesses, but we we’ve hardly seen them together for long. They need each other to thrive.

I agree that Konate hasn’t been up to his level this season, but to be able to get him for free is an opportunity too good to not at least try.
Rosenior might give Jackson a second chance.

@joan_cfc Konate is shit, Enzo will never be a backup player, Lavia is injury prone and still hasn’t played a full 90 and Jackson will never play for Chelsea again. He is not Chelsea level either

Same amount of players as this season (26), but much more experience.
I would keep Enzo, Neto, Cucurella, Fofana etc because we need to keep as much of the squad as possible intact, and not change too much.
Rosenior also said he would like three strikers.

Jorrel Hato was brilliant again. Scored the opening goal, and that pass to Garnacho which led to Estêvãos goal was sublime.
He’s already very good, but with time he can become one of the best left-backs in Europe.
