@roisinmurphy really has lost the plot hasn't she? Well she really isn't a friend to "gays" - my friend told me that when he was at school she used to bully him for being gay. Homophobic teenager to transphobic adult isn't really that big of a leap...

@roisinmurphy ... in my experience there are people with prejudices formed in one of two ways: the first are those who don't have much experience and believe the "othering" scapegoating a minority for their own ills, eg. your typical Reform voters believing lies about immigrants...
