@AldiUK come on aldi! I’ve contacted you !!! times. Customer service, your warehouse, Twitter / DM, phone. I have ordered online and just want an update? I understand you are busy but so am I and can’t wait 2 hours again in a call queue? Please can you respond just once?

@theoofoof @DunelmService @DunelmUK Absolute worst service possible! It’s not just the delivery going missing it’s the 15 min call queues to customer service to be told they can only chase by email and the same robotic message over and over! I should of taken notice of the shocking reviews online before ordering!

@DunelmService @joannety I am having a similar problem. Shocking service from the delievery company - might I suggest @DunelmUK find themselves another courier to use!

@DunelmService hello my delivery is still not resolved and the delivery company have no record of the information to even estimate a date. I have called and sent a DM but I do not have the time to wait for a slow response as this is now urgent.
