@AldiUK @AldiUK looks like im not the first to have a bot response that means zilch!. Your customer service is awful and i will never order online from you again! Weeks waiting for an order of which is now ‘lost’ ( by Aldi not Hermes) is one thing but the lack of response is another!

It’s not just the delivery going missing it’s the 15 min call queues to customer service to be told they can only chase by email and the same robotic message over and over! I should of taken notice of the shocking reviews online before ordering!
