All employees earn $15/hour in $job tokens, with a limited number of shifts available. Each shift lasts one hour, and multiple shifts can be worked. At the end of every day, the top performing player earns a bonus and the title of Employee of the Day.

Franchise owners earn a percentage of creator fees. Only 10 franchises will ever exist, released one per day until fully sold. Revenue splits are determined by how many franchises exist on that day, allowing early franchisees a higher split during the rollout of all 10 franchises. Finishing with a 10% split at the end. The team will retain Franchise #1.
