I spent yesterday in the garden photographing the Blue tits. Not taking photos for a week has been so difficult for me! But operation went good today . Looks like I’ll have a partially numb finger for life but I’m feeling positive, blessed and very lucky it wasn’t worse . 🙏 PTL I’m going to be taking pills and sleeping all weekend so please tag me in your wildlife pics or sightings so I can see !

Got to the hide at KNNR at nearly 3pm and within five minutes the Osprey that was seen earlier by Colin Baker flew straight up the pool towards me. Talk about right place right time. Amazing view as it flew past but didn't show again unfortunately. So glad I made the effort .

Went back for a second look at the 6am Barn Owl on Portland on Thursday morning, to say it was close would be an under statement.

My little man, Wilson, had a tick on him for 3 days and has been so ill he couldn’t even stand this morning .. I thought he had Lymes disease or something worse.. But after £500 of vet bills and blood work he’s on the mend! Omg guys, I’ve never been so worried and anxious in my life as today . I don’t know why I’m sharing this with my wildlife photography followers but I wanted to exhale my awful day somewhere! Have a nice weekend everyone. Love y’all xx
