So far, I’ve loved the Hong Kong MTR. Before this I’d only been to Singapore and used their MRT. Hong Kong’s is even BUSIER, unsurprisingly since their modeshare is higher.
It’s super frequent, it’s really fast, and even though it’s packed it feels worth it due to frequencies.

- The second time I just very succinctly asked for a ceasefire, staffer this time was really nice and said he would note it down and pass on as well.
All in all not the worst phone call experience 😅

I’ve called twice already so just wanted to share my experience for anyone who’s anxious about phone calls.
- Both times I got through immediately.
- The first time I rambled a bit and the staffer just let me say whatever without interrupting, then said he’d pass it on.
