Congratulations to the Soaring Eagle Band! They made finals at the Katy Marching Invitational, placed 12th overall in finals, and placed 5th in 5A.

Your Soaring Eagle Marching Band will open their competitive season tomorrow at the Galena Park Marching Festival. We will perform our production, The Mighty Thor at 12:30! Tickets are $5 and they have a clear bag policy. See you there!

The drum line and front ensemble placed FIRST 🥇 at the Aldine ISD Drumline Round - Up. They also received the Outstanding Front Ensemble and Bassline awards! Congratulations to our Percussionists and their directors, Mr. Brannan and Mr. Rojas.

Welcome Mr. Ochoa to Barbers Hill. He will be teaching band at Middle School South. Mr. Ochoa comes from Little Cypress-Mauriceville where he was Director of Bands. Bands under his direction have had multiple state marching and honor band appearances! #GoBand
