@criminographer I requested Etta’s notes and the ambulance notes had so many errors in, it probably didn’t matter, but it was also her age that was wrong, and they referred to Etta as the parent. I got this changed but it just felt something I shouldn’t need to do x Sending you love Emily x

Also now shouting into the void a second time, after I finally found the headspace to delve into this report properly (now the draft has finally arrived), only to see it has Alexander's age wrong. I just despair. Over and over again.

I just have to shout into the void that patient safety incident investigations are so additionally traumatic for families who've already been through the worst. I'm so drained with being promised reports that don't arrive-and communication about their absence I have to instigate.
