@MegFoundation @katebirnie @pamelamroach @BCChildrensHosp @KidsInPain @jodythomasphd It amazes me how few do, and how much trauma can result. I’ve had techs at labs offer to hold her arm down. I’ve stopped them and given her space to manage her own process, but of course the whole time you know you are not in a space that truly supports or understands that.
