@sainsburys I just had home delivery today & got a damanged good. The pork shoulder leaked out & caused a mess! Please advise the refund process ASAP. Very upset with how your staff packaged the whole items.

@sainsburys I had a home delivery on 8th March. Few items have got short life span (expires on 9th, 10th March) without any notice at all in the receipt. I would not have paid a full price and maybe reject it during delivery. Please advise.

@sainsburys Just cayme back from your store & only to find your duck plum product with duck fillet has leaked badly at home. We could not use the product anymore. Please advise.
@Tesco My sister & I shared the same trolley shopping in store & used self-scan checkout. I got random spot check & had entire trolley rescanned. Your colleague had scanned the same item (Matcha Capsules) paid by my sister. Now we paid twice for an item £4. Please help
