Electricity is an essential service, @aedcelectricity staff cannot collect money from several houses to fix a fault on a transformer & in less than 2 months when a fault comes on what they 'repaired' put the same people in black-out that electricity will come after Sallah break.

Tell your staff to fix the problem with customers transformers and to stop charging for meters in the guise of agents then scrap out the meter number from the database and later asked to be paid to reprogram the same meter back to this system. This is daylight robbery

@aedcelectricity This is after consistent black outs where we had to contribute to get our transformer fixed. Then now a 'fault' again developed and an essential service like electricity is postponed to keep us in darkness for 3 days.

@aedcelectricity it is frustrating what some of us experience in Dawaki, we are billed as Band A when paying bills and now the aedc here is telling us we would not have electricity till after the Sallah break.
