@joeco31 Wow...that's a tough one, because there are so many. For me, its all about an exercise that works on allowing my core muscles to be stable - functional. E.g, Swissball for stability. I also like to do hanging or medball exercises for strength and power. "Situps" are for vanity!🤪

Its taken jst over 5mths, but im now down 20kg & within 2kg of my pre-pregnancy body weight.🙌🏾💫 My sister put on the belly beads you see hanging about 2mths ago. I put it on (with no space) as a reminder to activate my core & not allow it to all hang out after the baby!🤪👌🏾✨️
