One thing I like to ask my AI when listing on Facebook marketplace (and other platforms): What price should I set to sell this within the next 4 days? The answers it gives are sometimes very similar to average sale price, and sometimes a lot lower. I like momentum

You choose the suck that you want in business, especially when reselling. Bigger items - a lot of lifting and hard physical work Smaller items - a lot of repetitive work to get listed. But both come with benefits. Bigger items - big payouts Smaller items - more reach

$50 profit × 2 sales/month = $100 $30 profit × 10 sales/month = $300

It's fascinating how niche you can get in the resell industry. I know a couple a few miles north of me that make a living selling industrial parts on eBay. They literally just buy parts, take photos, and list them on ebay.

Where my caffeine drinkers at? My DOCTOR recommended this to me. I asked him "am I drinking too much caffeine?" (200mg a day). He went "PSH, nah you're good" and recommended this for some B vitamins and tea-based stuff, while being pretty cheap. One box lasts me ~6 weeks

People say reselling is really hard. It's really not. Business ownership is hard. But worth it

I used it and it worked well. Main issue is the difference between an inventory based business and service based. This book was mainly written for services. So reserving 10% of revenue is realistic. Whereas with inventory based businesses, your revenue is significantly higher, with smaller margins. I believe they wrote another book designed specifically for ecomm or reselling.

Just finished reading Profit First. I really like the ideas he talks about. Anyone been using it in their business? I'm very curious how impactful it's been for you

@joedevguy I currently use it for my eBay to Amazon business and it's been a game changer . No more guessing how much you have allocated for XYZ. Good system + w/ AI assisting adds another layer of ease and execution.
