Mitch McConnell has spent more time on the phone today than the amount of hours in a day.

Furthermore, I don't like President Trump getting involved, but it sounds like FIFA was already reviewing the play for reversal. I hope and it should be the case that Trump's call had no influence on the decision to reverse the foul call.

Regarding the red card and suspension received by USA soccer player Folarin Balogun: if the play was determined not to be a foul, and erroneously called one on the field, it should be reversed. It sounds like that was the case here. Belgium would want the same of their players.

We don't talk enough about how only 5 members of the Supreme Court proved they could read recently. Birthright Citizenship was ONLY upheld 5-4, and regardless of what you think about it as a law, the Constitution CLEARLY allows it with no limitations. 4 justices can't read.

I watched the Portugal vs Croatia soccer game last night. I thought Croatia had tied it up with (essentially) seconds on the clock but the goal was called back for "offsides." Not sure I get this rule. Why does the defense get bailed out for not getting back & covering everyone?
