Excited to be presenting with my team at TASSP this summer! We’ll be diving into skills new administrators need to not just survive, but truly thrive, in their first few years in the role. We’ll be sharing practical strategies and our own experiences that we have found effective.

Big day ahead for UMHB Football, who will aim to win at Howard Payne to guarantee The Cru a share of the ASC regular season title. Playoff hopes also on the line, with UMHB needing at least a few upsets elsewhere to fall their way. Kickoff at 1 pm in Brownwood. #gocru

This amazing lady was our custodian back when we were in Denison. It was such a joy to see her at the game Friday night! What made it even more special? She got to reconnect with two of our coaches — student-athletes she helped take care of. Her excitement in seeing them all grown up and now coaching with us was a beautiful reminder that relationships built on care and respect go far beyond the walls of a school. Moments like this remind us that the impact we have on each other lasts a lifetime. #BeGreat
