Rugby must be the only sport in the world where teams with a budget of €3m are expected to compete with teams with a budget of €30m and littered with foreign superstars. It's like expecting Rangers, Ajax, Feyenoord and Celtic to win the UEFA Champions League No logic

Rugby feels like it’s dying. Six Nations hype is flat, URC & Premiership are shadows of their former selves, nobody takes Champions Cup seriously. A dull Lions tour, no Rugby Championship, and a weak Nations Championship instead of summer tests,hard to see who this excites.

They introduced the 50/22 because the idea was it would force teams to drop guys back to cover and therefore open space to encourage running (almost counter intuitively). Instead it’s rewarded accurate kickers. Care to bet what the outcome of this will be?
