The moment feels heavy. It usually isn’t. Zoom out before you react. Ever notice how some moments feel BIGGER than they REALLY are? I came across a question that helps me, and wanted to share it with you: “If you remembered this probably isn’t as serious as it feels, what might you do differently today?” Perspective changes everything. Most of the pressure we feel is self-created. Step back, breathe, and zoom out. When we see things in context, we lead better, think clearly, and act with more grace.
