Sometimes the best thing you can do is accept things as they are, stay silent, and move forward. Maybe it’s not about being right, it’s about choosing the greater good.

It’s okay to outgrow people. It’s okay to protect your peace. It’s okay to choose yourself. Growth will sometimes feel lonely before it feels expansive. But if you’re at peace, that’s your answer.

My whole body is going through it right now — withdrawals are real. I’m sharing this as a reminder to take care of yourself and be mindful of what you put your body through. Your health matters.
