THE PRE-ORDER PERIOD ENDS MONDAY, May 4, 2026, AT 15:00 CENTRAL EUROPEAN TIME / 7:00 AM EASTERN STANDARD TIME. As a result, this post will remain pinned on my page, until the pre-order period ends on May 4th. I was initially unaware of this deadline... 😅😱 ____ On a personal note, I myself am not remotely good financially, but will attempt to back Shenmue 3 Enhanced as best I can. I encourage all who can, to do the same, providing you are able to. I really think this is the last chance to bring the #Shenmue franchise back from the dead. Having #Shenmue3Enhanced appear on FOUR different platforms, is perhaps the greatest lifeline the series has EVER been given. And no thanks whatsoever to #SEGA who have been quite happy to let the fans fund this franchise, whilst they do nothing. To everyone who loves Shenmue, even if you hated the third game, PLEASE back #ShenmueIIIEnhanced. SEGA have left this franchise to die, whilst they churn out sequel after sequel of another series, that wouldn't even exist without this very game. It is honestly sad how Shenmue and many other top tier SEGA franchises (Skies of Arcadia to name just one) have been left to rot, by a once truly great company. I was not a fan of the third Shenmue game, although I did admire a number of elements and greatly respected the work put in by all. This revision release however, attempts to fix a number of the issues which held back the crowdfunded Shenmue III. So bearing in mind the team have listened to us, it's then our duty as fans, to at least give the game a chance! As Yu Suzuki said at the time of the Kickstarter, "The fate of Shenmue is in your hands now". It may be our last chance, we have to make it count at all costs! 🐉
