Bilmuri has debuted a new track, “I Will Let You Down,” featuring a major lineup of collaborators from across the metalcore scene.
The song pairs Bilmuri’s Johnny Franck with A Day To Remember vocalist Jeremy McKinnon, who also appears in the music video, where the two face off in medieval combat.
The collaboration came together after a chance meeting at the gym, leading to a writing session that also included Bad Omens’ Noah Sebastian and Wage War’s Cody Quistad, who were in the studio that same day.
Franck called it “20 years of metalcore sitting in a room,” and said the session produced not only this track but the upcoming “Back, Then.”
Bilmuri’s new album “Kinda Hard” arrives April 10 via Columbia Records.

Claude Code wiped our production database with a Terraform command.
It took down the DataTalksClub course platform and 2.5 years of submissions: homework, projects, and leaderboards.
Automated snapshots were gone too.
In the newsletter, I wrote the full timeline + what I changed so this doesn't happen again.
If you use Terraform (or let agents touch infra), this is a good story for you to read.
