Two types of parenting: 1. Keep your kids busy and let everybody else raise them (teachers, coaches, churches, bosses), so you “do the thing you have to do right now”. OR 2. You take the responsibility and personally invest in their lives. The first one for most people alleviates the guilt factor but is negligent. This one leaves parents wondering when their kids grow up why they’re so disconnected from them, and many times asking the question “how did they turn out this way?”. Rules/religion without relationship equals rebellion. The second is often sacrificial, but it is so rewarding. And when you do it from the heart, it’s full of joy and peace, and fulfillment. Pouring into your own seed, all of the lessons of life, success, failures, StreetSmarts, skills, etc. You’ll not only prepare them for life, but you create an everlasting bond. These are the types of human beings that grow up to change and impact the world for the better. One is easy, and the other, though it may seem to be hard is as actually exactly the life you’ve been looking for as a parent. Choose wisely.

We figured out that dad has a psych med induced neurological injury, and has been suffering from akathisia. It’s been 6 years since any psych medications. Last summer his symptoms started, after a flare up likely induced by mold (CIRS) and stress. It was complicated by pneumonia and associated sepsis a month later. It’s been horrible. Neurological injuries from psych meds are far more common than people know. I made this video to explain what they are and what akathisia is because they’re not talked about enough, they’re misdiagnosed, nearly impossible to treat, and hidden by the pharmaceutical industry. I don’t plan on making another update about my dad, it stresses my family out, and myself, and there’s nothing more to say about it until things get better. I will be jumping up and down about psych med injury awareness from now on as it’s impacted my health as well, and is devastating. Prayers are appreciated still.

You can ride the coat tables of another only for so long. Great self-deception is that it’s “you” who made it successful all along, and who the people want. This type of delusion is terrifying, and only exhibits itself through the most mental and unstable in history. The foundation cracked, and now the infrastructure is going to come down next. It’s clearly evident.
