@LFCteg @Ian1892T I dont agree on it not being close in terms of playmaking and scoring, is what i mean. I still think KDB edges it. But Bruno being able to out up similar numbers in a much worse environment is immensely impressive, whether you like it or not.

@johansen424 @Ian1892T Bruno is better at pens pressing and availability, idk how you can say leader when Bruno has been citicised a lot for poor leadership in the past and led his team to nothing. Bruno isn’t as good in playmaking scoring driving with the ball, physicality etc. it isn’t close

Funny cos when it suits his argument he uses medals to separate the likes of Gerrard and Scholes but now all of a sudden that metric doesn't seem to matter

@LFCteg @Ian1892T Agree on the physicality argument, but not in terms of playmaking and scoring goals. Bruno is more capable of dictating and playmaking from deeper positions, hence why he is capable of playing in a midfield 2. That also results in less goalscoring oppurtunities.

@LFCteg @Ian1892T Doesnt make him less of a leader. Gerrard and Keane got some stupid red cards when they lost their temper a few times. No one is perfect. Just listen to how other players and his teammates speak about Bruno.

@LFCteg @Ian1892T Leader because he is vocal on the pitch, dictates how the team plays, always runs his socks of and gives everything in every duel. He sets an example for his teammates. He is a winner, which is why gets frustrated on himself, teammates and the ref from time to time.

@LFCteg @Ian1892T KDB is more athletic, but Bruno is more capable defensively and more of a leader. Both phenomenal in terms of chance creation and goal threat. KDB higher peak level in a great team, but Bruno more tactically flexible. Bruno also smashes KDB in terms of availability.

@LFCteg @Ian1892T He is better, but not miles. Bruno is fantastic. Try watching him without the agenda you have towards him. And try imagining Bruno and KDB switching teams during their peak.

@joe23071861 @Ian1892T Gerrard was fantastic, but he never carried Liverpool to a PL title (in fact he basically cost them one). That doesnt make him any worse as a player though. Neither does United not winning any major trophies make Bruno a Worse player.

@joe23071861 @Ian1892T That is due to the team being bad, not Bruno. A single player cant carry an entire team. If so, why couldnt KDB carry Belgium to an international trophy? Where was he when Belgium got knocked out of the international tournaments? These kinds of arguments are stupid.

@joe23071861 @Ian1892T KDB has not been terrible for Belgium. Bruno has been exceptional for Portugal btw, one of their most important players for the last few years. Full of stars doesnt equal a great team. United Are a prime example of that.

@joe23071861 @Ian1892T Bruno has produced world class numbers (both g/a and underlying stats) for like 7-8 seasons in a row. Never injured, and playing 90 mins in basically all comps every single year. Not many players do that. He is an exceptional player who is a victim of playing for a poor team.

Because he has done nothing that I would consider impressive for a player of his ability apart from the assist record

@menso983 @Ian1892T Not in terms of underlying stats. KDB has somewhat better output (not by large margin) but that should also be expected based on him playing with much better players and for a team that scores way more goals. Bruno had to carry the creative burden all by himself for many years.

One has 6 titles, including, the centurions, the domestic treble, the actual treble and 4 in a row, the other captained Manchester United to defeat in two European finals one against Villarreal and the other against Postecoglou’s Tottenham. They just can’t be compared.

@LBLFC_ And Pogba in his prime for United was 10x the player Henderson was/is. You can do that with many random players. Consistency and longevity matters when ranking the better player.

Coutinho in his prime was 10x the player Bruno Fernandes is.

@novntro @johansen424 @Tjaernas Jeg tror jo fort at et annerledes VAR bygget på en fungerende måte (med challenges) ville kommet til samme konklusjon her. Ikke straffe. Fordi dommer da skulle vurdert om det var straffe eller ikke. Men mener dagens VAR-protokoll EGENTLIG ikke har hjemmel for den vurderingen.

Siden VAR serverer oss den hele og fulle sannhet og fasit, er diskusjonen rundt avgjørelsene i kveld totalt overflødige
