I’ve been choosing not to take my change lately and honestly, it feels different when the driver says “thank you.” It hits different knowing that small act can really help them. If we can tip for Angkas or deliveries, sana we can extend the same kindness to jeepney drivers too.

I just had this sad conversation with a jeepney driver that I encountered and siyempre alam niyo na it’s about the fare. Being compliant and all, I paid 15 pesos bc 15 na talaga pamasahe?? Biglang nagbalik ng sukli si kuya saying baka daw may makipagtalo na pasahero sa kanya ++
