@TheBrancaShow BAM literally states in their franchisee contracts that they allow consignments. So they would be responsible if they remove a franchisee. You cannot just remove a franchisee and then delete all previous agreements, the business inherits those agreements. This is basic law

@TheBrancaShow You’re forgetting the fact that the original owner isn’t a thief, they were removed, they did not sell the store. The store was taken from them. And the new owners are on video being told about the consignment.
