If you forget the food here for a moment (hard to do😋), you notice an odd absence of tourists at this time of year. (Especially since SS has been “bucket-list famous” for decades.) VERY few Americans, except for one “Insta-famous” (or is it Bourdain-famous?😉) pintxos bar, which, as far as we could tell, is no better than dozens of others.
