@mcgillswest you need a word with your drivers on 901 route! Sitting on a busy bus at west Stewart st with no driver but another bus has gone past with driver getting off, looking at us sitting there and driving away!! Shambles

@TPEassist 2/2 customer care when you abandon customers at a station they don’t want to be at? Surely having known you were cancelling that part of the journey, you could have put on coaches as there a few on this train going to airport too

If you get a taxi you can request reimbursement from Customer Relations, however it is not guaranteed as this is looked at on a case by case basis. You will be able to claim Delay Repay compensation on your train tickets as you would arrive 40 minutes late if you travelled by the alternative route I mentioned. ^Kate
