@BrianCo48405777 @nhsuhcw Thanks Brian, nothing urgent but their appointment letters give a phone number to ring to rearrange, UHCW quick to tell you how much missed appointments cost

@johnablundell @nhsuhcw It was really difficult to get the ward phone answered earlier this year/ last year. The switchboard was unanswered on several occasions. I believe there is a mistaken assumption that patients will call if they need anything. Hope all is well.

@nhsuhcw are your phones working, I have been calling constantly from 2.15 pm with no answer!
