Yes, they do. And then they will use this to try to put you into a psychiatric facility. This was done to me recently. Two family members, after filing multiple police reports on me, signed an affidavit before a judge with false claims. I was immediately apprehended on an OTA (Order to Apprehend) and taken to a psychiatric for eight days. In EVERY interaction, I remained extremely calm and logical. When the cops came, I was polite, respectful, and met them with clarity. During inpatient, I remained the same and abided by everything they needed to see that I was “normal” and not a threat. Now, I’ve gathered evidence of everything and have filed my own police reports, showing that they were trying to paint me into something that is very inaccurate, and using the courts and justice system to do so. I want MY side documented.
