@Modern1689 @redeemed_zoomer If I am not mistaken, there are more mainline protestants in Africa and Latin-America than in traditionally protestant countries such as USA or UK. And they are very conservative.

Is it fair to say that within every major Protestant denomination that the most conservative, historic, orthodox representations of that tradition are now the minority?

@Modern1689 @redeemed_zoomer All mainlines in Latin America, Africa, Australia, Poland, S. Korea and many other countries are conservative and traditional. Liberal mainlines are mostly liberal in countries such as USA, Canada, UK, Scandinavian Contries, Germany and Belgium.

Sigue...

@redeemed_zoomer @Liberty_Tyrant @JayDyer That topic is interesting. You sould make a video about normative authority and if it has limits (such as if condemnig or making necessary for salvation something the Bible doesn't) or if something is heresy before being condemned by a council or only after and its epistemology.

Redeemed Zoomer
Redeemed Zoomer@redeemed_zoomer·
Many people (of different denominations) have been asking to debate me lately This next few months will be hectic for me starting a new job and taking summer classes in seminary so I’ll have to pour all my Redeemed Zoomer time into videos But starting in September I will do debates. Can’t promise I’ll do any TOPIC but I’m willing to debate anyone who is not openly hostile

@romero_mau69771 @redeemed_zoomer @Abunajohn For every plan, you start with the outcome you want and go down: God created the world to glorify himself. For that, he wants to show his justice and mercy For that he makes creatures that get his mercy and others his justice.

@romero_mau69771 @redeemed_zoomer @Abunajohn Coercion doesn't have anything to do, he could create only people who believe without coercion, but he doesn't, because that is not his purpose. I will explain it more clearly and give you the last answer because I stopped working for this, feel free to tell me how heretic I am

@romero_mau69771 @redeemed_zoomer @Abunajohn You are not omniscient or all-mighty. Again. He sees John won't believe. He can choose not to create this new member of hell or create him He chooses to create him. At this point, it is impossible that God says: "I hope he believes". Therefore, he created him with other purpose.

@johnctristan @redeemed_zoomer @Abunajohn Do we not understand the word intention? It is, for instance, my intention that you would understand the point I’m making, but you, in your intellectual freedom, are failing to. That doesn’t negate my intent, does it now?

@romero_mau69771 @redeemed_zoomer @Abunajohn Yes you did and that shows it, you started saying he created with the intention of saving them and the last answer you said that the purpse is fullfilled "in offering grace" And again, you haven't answered HOW can the purpose not be the outcome.

@romero_mau69771 @redeemed_zoomer @Abunajohn Now in youranswer you changed the purpose from "saving people" to just "offering salvation" and the rest is not part of his purpose. That still not solves the dilemma. He creates someone knowing they won't believe. That requires a different purpose for creating them anyway.

@johnctristan @redeemed_zoomer @Abunajohn God can have a real purpose without that purpose being coercive. God’s purpose is fulfilled in offering grace, calling, and making communion possible, not in forcing a result. You believe in a god that forces some to accept Him and pushes the rest into the fire. That’s demonic.

@johnctristan @redeemed_zoomer @Abunajohn You’re mixing up foreknowledge with causation and then treating human freedom as if it must override God’s omniscience. Apply your same faulty rationale to Adam and Eve and you have to conclude your god is evil and created humanity so that it would fall. This is not my God.

@romero_mau69771 @redeemed_zoomer @Abunajohn How can he create him FOR communion with him if he knows he will not belive no matter how many times called to repentance? It is logically impossible for John to believe because that would mean God is not omniscient.

@johnctristan @redeemed_zoomer @Abunajohn By creating him for communion with Him, giving him real grace sufficient for salvation and continually calling him to repentance. Knowing John will refuse does not mean God causes the refusal. God wills good freely received, not good mechanically imposed.

@romero_mau69771 @redeemed_zoomer @Abunajohn How can he will John's salvationnowing he will refuse his Grace? How can he not will Judas to betray Jesus? I mean, you say it, but don't show how without contradicting either his omniscience or ominpotence.

@johnctristan @redeemed_zoomer @Abunajohn God can will John’s salvation sincerely and give him real grace, while also foreknowing John will freely refuse it. The refusal is not God’s purpose, but God’s permitted outcome within real human freedom. Likewise with Judas’ betrayal. Likewise with Adam and Eve and the fall.

@romero_mau69771 @redeemed_zoomer @Abunajohn Let's check: God Wants to create John Wants John to be saved using his free will He foresees John won't believe and be saved He creates him anyway. How can he create John with the purpose of saving him? How can he create Judas not wanting him to betray Jesus?

@johnctristan @redeemed_zoomer @Abunajohn No. God never creates a person without intending their salvation. He truly wills all to be saved. The fact that some are lost is not because God “fails” or “didn’t aim to save them,” but because He permits real human freedom, which can reject His grace.

@romero_mau69771 @redeemed_zoomer @Abunajohn Yeah yeah, but we are not getting there yet, at this moment. You accept that, at least, there is "A SENSE" in which God did not create that person with the intention of saving him right because the All-Mighty would not succed in that purpose right?

@johnctristan @redeemed_zoomer @Abunajohn Yes, but knowing something will be rejected is not the same as causing it or making it the purpose of creation. God creates every person out of goodness and for life with Him, not for damnation. This god of Calvin creates some humans with the purpose of damnation.
