I am beyond blessed and grateful to announce my commitment to the admissions process at Williams College. I want to first give praise to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for answering my prayers and lighting the path for me. Secondly, I want to thank my parents for the countless sacrifices they have made. @jdoggny @RyanEversley No. It's a rule that exists to lessen the advantage of hybrid cars over non-hybrid in WEC. You can only deploy so much energy, be it from the battery or ICE, before you have to pit to replenish it. The longer you're stationary with the fuel thingy attached, the more you get.
