@floatingstones I'm sure there are hundreds, thousands, more trees than people. There are 3 million hectares of woodlands, counting only areas over half a hectare; plus all the single trees in hedges, gardens etc. And we need more!

I keep idly wondering: does anybody know exactly how many trees there are in England? there seems to be a great deal. I wonder if there are more trees than people.
