CUNY denied a FOIL request to disclose its holdings in companies complicit in Israeli colonialism and genocide. So @CUNYLawSJP students took them to court. The first oral arguments in the suit are tomorrow. Then the students are holding a press conference outside their school.

We join other scholars in demanding that YLS publicly apologize and make efforts to restore Dr. Doutaghi’s reputation and repair the damage it has done to her. We also call on CUNY to commit to protecting their students, staff and faculty at this dangerous time.
