Everyone wants Texas Tech to “do the right thing.” This is college sports, when has that ever been a thing? Focus on ending judicial interference rather than bash the Red Raiders for doing what almost everyone else would do (or has done). Column for @espn espn.com/college-footba…

Texas Tech coach Joey McGuire says he heard from Brendan Sorsby’s parents Monday night, the day he was granted a temporary injunction that makes him eligible in 2026. “As excited as he was … his mom and dad called and all they wanted to talk about, ‘Is Texas Tech going to be OK?’”

As Big 12 presidents consider sanctions, Texas Tech reps notified the league that any penalty will be met with legal action, sources tell @YahooSports. Tech is exploring legal avenues with noted attorney Jeff Kessler, including seeking a second injunction bit.ly/4v1ghqC

@RichEisenShow Texas Tech didn’t do anything except declare Sorsby ineligible. Then NCAA declared Sorsby ineligible. Then SORSBY sued NCAA. Sorsby won the injunction, NCAA lost… at least for now. That’s it, full stop.

It's been just over 24 hours since a judge issued an injunction allowing Brendan Sorsby to play in 2026 and the whole thing still stinks to high heaven:

Joey McGuire on Steve Sarkisian’s comments alluding to Texas Tech’s schedule. Coach McGuire has talked to Texas State & Abilene Christian & would love to buy out those games to play Texas this season in Week 1. If not Lubbock, then @ATTStadium “We would love to play Texas.” ( 🎙️ @ChrisVannini )

Today, we announced a multi-tiered strategy to scale our Pecos, Texas campus to approximately 1.5 GW of gross power capacity, a significant expansion in a market where the fundamentals are already in place: access to power, strong utility partnerships, and proven operational execution at scale. bit.ly/4cRw5o4

@CipherInc started in my attic almost six years ago. Yesterday, the team signed the last piece of steel to be hung at Barber Lake. Just another milestone (on schedule!) along the way. Never ever ever bet against this team. $CIFR

Bill Gates visited Elon at the Tesla Giga Texas factory and told him straight up: "It’s impossible to have a long-range semi-truck. It doesn’t work" Elon replied: "We literally have them. Drive one yourself. Pepsi is using them RIGHT NOW" Gates just kept saying: "No, it doesn't work" Today, Tesla Semis are hauling cargo 425+ miles for one of the biggest companies on Earth Imagine being this confidently wrong, refusing to accept reality, and somehow the media still sells him as a "climate expert" 🤡
