Can a pregnant American woman visit China in her 3rd trimester, stay until she has a baby, and that baby receive Chinese citizenship instantly before coming back to America to raise the child? Can she do that in Russia? Iran? Many others?
No. Why wouldn't they? Ask yourself why those (and many, many other countries) don't. Is it inherently bad of those countries to deny birthright citizenship - especially to countries considered adversarial if not downright hostile to their own?
According to the Left's logic, a baby born from American citizen parents in any of those countries are just as Chinese/Russian/Iranian as those whose family has been born and raised there for generations.

If the Supreme Court rules in favor of tourism birthright, which could give close to 1 million Chinese nationals citizenship, they must be arrested on treason charges.
