@johnkpaul Also worth noting that although community #nodejs does not have support for FIPS, Linux distributions do provide support, for example the #nodejs binaries that come with @RedHat Enterprise Linux do support FIPS.

@mhdawson1 Hey, I've been watching your talk on FIPS mode in Node from a few years ago so thank you for all of the background! Do you happen to know if node is expected to be FIPS compatible again? From what I understand, it is no longer FIPS compatible.
