At the coal face waiting on the busiest day of the week to begin, Gerry will pick up the M&S food donation at 9.30am then the fareshare food at 11.30am, I’m surrounded by good people

Home for 4.30pm today thank you all who donated to the non referral foodbank this is what keeps us ticking over, fight poverty not wars ✊✊

Been a long day been out since 8am and that’s me just home at 9.15pm but hey that’s life, got it all together do again tomorrow thankfully some of the dream team will be in, Andrew and a young female student on placement for 12 weeks went out and got a food shop done today, fight poverty not wars

Finished at the foodbank at 3.40pm quick cuppa then it’s time to get up for tonight’s spiritualist meeting roll on bed time I’m absolutely shattered can’t believe how weak I’ve become and the COPD has got a lot worse even getting out of breath doing minimal tasks
