What's David Maraga's biggest achievement? What changes to the system will a 75-year-old man introduce? The old man's entire legacy is built around nullifying the 2017 elections. David Maraga is one of the MOST incompetent chief justices Kenya has ever had. He presided over the most CORRUPT judiciary in Kenya. As chief justice, he never instituted any changes within the judicial system to enhance access to JUSTICE for the poor. By the time he was leaving as chief justice, the judiciary was grappling with a backlog of cases dating back to the 1960s. The truth is, Maraga should be at home playing with his grandchildren. He spent many years working in government, and there's nothing new he can introduce. Wazee watoe jam.
