@StefanMauk I think you’re conflating different issues. The arguments regarding the growth in public sector employees and migrant intake putting stress on housing can be arguments on its merits. Creating a tax system that fairly taxes an asset & sends market signals is a different debate

I keep reading that Bragg is safe on 8.2 pc The latest here by Poll Bludger. But the July 2022 by-election puts it at 5.6 pc - unless that doesn’t count somehow. On my count, and given the overlaying Sturt fed election result, Bragg is in play.

@DanielGarb Agreed. However: 1. I get the WA Government paid a lot for State of Origin but making Victoria have “Western Australia” on the back of their guernsey isn’t in the spirit of the game. 2. Next year should be WA v SA with the winner getting a crack at Victoria.

They nailed #AFLStateOfOrigin. Quality standard. Plenty of feeling in it. Yearning for Origin of old mid-season with fatigued players battling niggles will likely cause the same issues that ended it. Build on it as a spectacle in the AFL’s pre-season, which is boring without it
