@johnnysonline01 @IanMalcolm84 Amazingly coconut oil is also a treatment for alzheimers as it’s full of the ketones the brain needs for fuel. Even MCT oil can provide concentrated ketones - so plz recommend it to your mother - 1-2 tablespoons of coconut oil a day or mct oil concentrate

@RoB_sol_ @IanMalcolm84 I agree, aluminum is poison inside our bodies but there's talk it can deflect emfs, which is something I've been dealing with for about 6 years now(EHS) I haven't cooked with aluminum in years, I avoid it. I drink my filtered water in glass. I'm very holistic now

@RoB_sol_ @IanMalcolm84 The coconut oil I have is 100% organic virgin all natural cold pressed unbleached and unrefined and the baking soda I use is nonaluminum(via ebay) and i have great plains bentonite herbal detox capsules, not sure if that works

@johnnysonline01 @IanMalcolm84 Yes so buy a jar of cold pressed unrefined organic coconut oil - 2-3 teaspoons of baking soda/bicarb soda - add 4-5 cloves - 1 teaspoon of bentonite clay. These ratios depend of how much oil there is but if you need any specifics plz ask
