Very saddened by the news that the great John Virgo, snooker’s ambassador, top rated player, and - for the last 40 years - the voice of the sport, suddenly passed away today at 79. Through his commentary, he taught me the game. So thankful I got to meet him. Wonderful guy! 1/2
