@jegnux @natpanferova yes. you are right. In the real world with complex flows, you often don’t know what was presented before or what currently sitting on top of the stack. That doesn’t scale, its hard limitation and it forces hidden coupling + shared knowledge between views. It is a real pain!!

@natpanferova And it’s a nightmare if you want to present a sheet after (for example) opening a universal link, you must dismiss every other sheets. In UIKit we were able to find the topmost VC and present over it…

If we want to present a sheet on top of another sheet in SwiftUI, we have to attach the second sheet() modifier inside the content of the first sheet view, otherwise it won't work properly and SwiftUI will complain that only presenting a single sheet is supported.

Ni siquiera prendi el auto el 18 de Febrero.Estuve laburando TODO EL DIA! Esto me pasa seguido con Autopistas urbanas. Mas alla de reclamar, alguien sabe como se puede hacer para obligarlos a que al menos en el estracto de la transaccion pongan la patente del auto o alguna traza?

“Add an image for each row and watch it die”
Every row loads an image from the network. In memory cache, no file cache. URL is random every time (uuid) so cache should always be a miss.

Whoever said SwiftUI List and SwiftData with Query on the main actor can’t perform well, watch this. Close to 4000 items, with relationships that I’m not even prefetching yet. Didn’t even do anything special tbh…

ok.. but after all that.. during my vacation I built a native macOS Menu bar App that recognizes chords from whatever audio/video is playing.. It turned out great... I'll publish when I have time. But it took many iterations to get it right.

... but you have to implement it well... As newbie one shot will likely fail and be full of bugs.. You need a deep understanding of view identity, correct state management and how to avoid unnecessary re rendering... this isn’t easy in one shoot.

The new Codex app is built with Electron. This is probably because SwiftUI is so buggy that even big labs can't trust Apple now. I'm one of those indie devs who still want to build native apps. But from a business owner's perspective, it's less & less appealing now.
