@AnthropicAI I am using Claude Opus 4.6 right now for theoretical physics. It can create a new method of data analysis, make testable pipelines, iterate real data to refine the theory, and write the scientific paper. Sometimes in as little as 2 hours!

We’re launching with two new posts.
Can AI do theoretical physics?
Harvard physicist Matthew Schwartz led Claude Opus 4.5 through a graduate-level calculation. AI can’t yet do original work autonomously, but it can vastly accelerate it.

Introducing the Anthropic Science Blog.
Increasing the pace of scientific progress is a core part of Anthropic’s mission. The Science Blog will feature new research and stories of how scientists are using AI to accelerate their work.

@elonmusk @beffjezos A new era of scientific discovery has begun.

Robotics in 2026:
The Real Coding Duo 🔥
No single "language of robotics" exists... but it's clearly Python 🐍 + C++ ⚡ combo!
Python powers the brains: AI 🤖, vision 👀, ROS 2 scripting 🚀 & fast prototyping C++ handles the muscles: real-time control ⏱️, hardware speed 💨 & safety-critical code 🛡️
Most robots today = 80% Python + 20% C++ magic under the hood!
Starting robotics?
Python first → C++ to go pro 🏆

This sounds interesting/useful.

Subagents are now available in Codex. You can accelerate your workflow by spinning up specialized agents to: • Keep your main context window clean • Tackle different parts of a task in parallel • Steer individual agents as work unfolds

@elonmusk @OfficialLoganK Code review vanishing makes sense once AI agents can self-verify correctness, security, and edge cases better than humans—probably via massive simulation + formal verification at scale.

@OfficialLoganK Even code review will swiftly become a thing of the past

🚨 Wake up call:
Many professions are already finished.
Writers, coders, designers, analysts, translators, basic lawyers, radiologists, truck drivers…
AI does their core work better, faster, and cheaper — often while they sleep.
Most people still don’t realise it.
The jobs that survive will be the ones that can’t be automated… and the ones that master working WITH AI.
The shift is happening right now.

That’s huge! A 1M context window unlocks so much for long-form analysis and complex tasks.

1 million context window: Now generally available for Claude Opus 4.6 and Claude Sonnet 4.6.

🚀 The AI Era just drew a battle line.
There are ONLY 2 groups left:
Group A – The Power Users
Group B – The Scroll & Cope Crowd
One group is sprinting into 2030.
The other is stuck in 2023.
The scariest part? The gap isn’t closing — it’s widening by the day.
Which group are you in right now?
