What a great F1 race at Silverstone. I was at the race in 2008 to see Lewis Hamilton win in the rain, and today after another 12 years, he wins again for the 9th time!
Must be the greatest racing driver of all time, absolutely brilliant! 👏👏👏

I do not want a #GeneralElection2022 it was the majority of 160K tory members who voted for Truss, not the MPs. I hope @RishiSunak gets the chance to bring fiscal sense, stability and integrity that is so needed after the lies and dishonesty of Johnson and arrogance of Truss.

@kevin_j_foster You may say that, but I believe that you have acted in self interest. You firmly declared your support for someone who has been found, on several occasions, to have lied to his colleagues, party and most importantly our country. You no longer have my support or vote.

There are roles in Govt which deal with daily operational issues. Today I have to hear and deal with Immigration cases which involve the most difficult of circumstances, which cannot be simply left unheard and undealt with. I continue on this basis.

Well, the day has finally arrived! After 45 years, I finish my working career. Along the way, I have been blessed to meet a lot of wonderful people and have formed lifetime friendships with many which I treasure.
