Republican Senators gobsmacked by Gaetz AG selection - but they've also toed the line for Trump as he's complained about "weaponized DOJ," "Lawfare" and a "deep state" out to get him. Are they really going to oppose the avatar of that anti-DOJ movement now? I wouldn't bet on it.
