Today Manorview foundation had the opportunity to team up with the fantastic community football club Johnstone Burgh near Lynnhurst Hotel
Johnstone Burgh@ is full of amazing people who gave their day to provide the local children with a free football camp. It was organised to be fun, free and inclusive and the kids looked like they were having a blast!
They did a fantastic job of keeping the kids entertained and active, truly special to see 50 happy kids, active and enjoying the sunshine.
The Manorview Foundation provided a free lunch with the lynnhurst team preparing over 320 chicken nuggets, chips and tomato pasta to make its way to Keanie park with plenty of diluting juice to keep them hydrated.
Some kids enjoyed multiple visit up to the buffet and to say our leader Susan felt the appreciation in the room is an understatement. The thanks could be hear from the other side of Johnstone I’m sure. Those boys like a chant and a song. What a great bunch of kids, the pleasure was all ours to help.
