When it comes to the issue of The Vice President, it will interest you to know that Vice Presidents around the world have always been Stooges at the mercy of the President. And that includes Ghana’s Vice Presidents. I remember when the elections were won with a “super majority” and I hosted a space on how a super majority can effect powerful legislative changes such as amending the constitution. I even chipped in “Mahama for third term”. Now “Mahama for third term” even sounds like a threat. There can be a properly executive leadership (choice of Presidency) but it doesn’t necessarily lead to proper governance. This is because Governance is by the people and for the people. The right leadership can choose the wrong people for governance simply because the pool for the selection is simply a base of party loyalists not Ghana loyalists. Suddenly to call out severe legal wrongs is you being called out for being a bad neutral. Lawyers and political activists that led protests seem to have their bellies full hence advocate for us to relax. This NDC led government was property deeply traumatized by how social media was used in 2016 to spun false narratives against Prez Mahama so they’ve seized social media with bots and loyalists who have nothing to say in defense but insults and reminders of the NPP era. This is nuts! Surely Senegal goes to FIFA and Court of Arbitration for Sports. Complete injustice. The game wasn't called off when the Senegalese briefly walked off the pitch, how could they be said to have forfeited. Just a little bit of education. There is this arms treaty which came into force in 1970 called The Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty(NPT). Basically a treaty to stop the spread and new development of Nuclear weapons and gradually reduce what was already available. Now before this treaty, there were countries who were recognized as Nuclear weapons countries( US, Russia, UK, France and China). They were allowed to keep theirs but could not develop new ones. Those who did not have them including Iran agreed not to develop some. Period. But they could develop nuclear reactors solely for nuclear energy. The only countries that did not and has not sign this treaty are India, Pakistan and Israel. North Korea even signed but pulled out in 2003. So to answer your question Iran agreed not to develop Nuclear weapons whatsoever. They signed that treaty and have not withdrawn from it. But they have been secretly trying to develop some in direct violation of the treaty. India, Pakistan and Israel did not sign so nobody could stop them from developing some.

The UK can and must have nuclear weapon, but Iranians can't. What makes the English, or the French or the Americans better and restrained so they can have nukes, but everybody else must stay out?
