@jokuti If you have booked it already with the infant fee, you can still create a new booking for the extra seat. After that, you need to contact the call centre, our agents will connect the two bookings and we can refund the infant fee for you.
@wizzair As far as I understand I can take one foldable baby stroller for my infant (but not onboard) AND a car seat (but checked-in) free of charge. Am I right? Please confirm.
@wizzair I wish you explained it to me on my first question already like this… I’ve already booked the tickets after your first response, the flight is tomorrow, so there is nothing I can d o now :(
@jokuti You can either pay for the infant fee, but in this way, you cannot take the car seat with you, or you can purchase an adult ticket for the infant (in this case you're not charged for the infant fee) and then you can take the car seat on board.
@wizzair But how is it free of charge then? You mentioned earlier, it is free of charge to take the car seat and the stroller. I don't need any of them onboard, but what should I do with them?
@jokuti You can only take the car seat onboard, it cannot be checked in. In order to do it, you need to purchase an extra seat for the infant. For the exact procedure, please visit our website: wizzair.com/en-gb/informat…
